Meet the Editors.

In November, our editors attend the National Scholastic Press Association’s Fall Conference. Check out our 2019 vlog to Washington, D.C., and scroll down to put names to these faces and their work!

Meredith Evans, Adviser

Meredith Evans is the adviser of The Messenger and teaches journalism and American Literature. Her focus is on improving the news outlets at NHS while training her staffers in new ways of writing, photography, and design. She enjoys finding new ways to get outside with her husband and pup, all things tacos and college football.

Our Editorial Staff

Grace Peng, Editor-in-Chief

Artistically inclined and fiercely sarcastic senior whose least favorite things are musical Philistines and the Oxford comma. Grace’s journalistic passions are argumentative writing, page design, and meeting new people, but she dabbles in photography and vector creation as well.

Bedansh Pandey, Copy Editor

Bedansh is a senior, but doesn't really feel like it. His favorite things to do outside of writing articles for The Messenger include eating snacks during class, reading the New York Times, and scrolling through Twitter (follow him @bedanshpandey for lukewarm political takes). He enjoys fan mail, too, so send him something if you get a chance!

Junior and avid procrastinator Megan has been on staff since freshman year. She has found security and friendship in being on The Messenger staff.
